12 Scenic Wonders of Ulsan (1): Mt Gaji

Ulsan is a south eastern city that I have not visited... However, this magazine presented a very beautiful review of what to see in Ulsan. I will post it one place per day starting today.

Four seasons of Mt Gaji

As the tallest mountain in Ulsan (1,240m) and the point where the Taehwa River originates, there is always something new to admire and explore at Mt. Gaji all year round. Standing at the peak, one can see the first sunrise of each day. It was named as one of the ‘100 Most Beautiful Mountains in Korea’ by the Korea Forest Service. Seongnamsa Temple, a training temple for Buddhist nuns, is located here.
