3 novels with all tips & tricks to excel n enjoy schooling in Indonesia & Singapore. A life journey of the Schoolaholic Princess, surrounded by many prince(s) between Jakarta, Singapore & Seoul... Sharing about "behind-the-writing" ideas, including learning more about Korean (and my trip(s) to Korea)

Saya adalah penyimpangan. Profesi sampingan: novelis roman percintaan manusia, tapi diri sendiri belum pernah pacaran. Lulusan Applied Maths plus MBA. Mana SMA-nya jurusan IPA. Dulu sering lomba macam-macam pula.
Biologi (Pak Ari, Pak Gun), Fisika (Pak Oni, Pak Linus, Pak Gandjar mantan walikelas) dan Kimia (Bu Wiwiek n Pak Hardi, I love you so much!)
Lalu mengapa saya menulis?
Terima kasih kepada Dr Dede Sutedja yang telah dipakai Tuhan tanpa dia sadari, dengan ucapan "Really think you have a word for prose"... Ucapan sepele dengan dampak yang besar.
Semoga novel-novel saya bisa membantu seseorang (syukur-syukur banyak orang) menemukan makna hidup.

Just sent my comments to Wheny's. Yes almost midnite in Singapore time.
Special credit goes to Sharon Ng (my colleague @ Gallup Singapore), Riana n Mayrinna (my sisters in Sg), my trusted friends Miss Magdalena Tiopan, Mr Jemmy Soenjaya (in Sweden) -- you are super meticulous! (Maximizer?) and also thanks to Mr Leo Santana yang hari ini cuti gak bilang2 - minta dikirim ke gmail itu benernya karena gak bisa buka e-mail kantor yah hehehhe.
PS: Sorry dik David Sentanu was not involved this time around as I was very busy in the office, lembur lagi ye, so didn't contact you when you were online, sibuk ngudel2 tabel tadi. Mr Harry Suhartanto and Dr Dede were not involved this time around as I know their turnover rate is pretty slow (esp Pak Harry, Dr Dede mah not that bad kalau dimintai pendapat). And actually because they are not as meticulous as the abovementioned advisors (hohoho, kualat sama orang tua nih nulis di blog gini!). Tapi tak mengapa, memang begitu kenyataannya. Mata orang tua berbeda dengan mata anak muda huehehehhe
Peace n cheers

Dear Yunisa
Wheny,s
Ohoiiii I need to review the cover design!!! And then talk about how to promote the books ;)
Been gathering my friends' comments... Which at the end of the day, as usual, I would rely on my own final decision (Gemini dua sisi hahahha)
*to be decided whether I would put the temporary designs here*

Dear Yunisa,
Den’s making a list,
Josh’s checking it twice,
They’re gonna find out
Nana's naughty or nice.
Den-den Josh are coming to town!
Josh knows when you're awake.
They know when you've been bad or good,
So be good for goodness sake!
And I know you love me
Love me for who I am
Cause years before I became who I am, baby you were my man
I know it ain’t easy, easy loving me
But I appreciate the love and dedication from you to me
Later on in my destiny
I see myself having your child
I see myself being your wife, and I see my whole future in your eyes
The thought of all my love for you
Sometimes makes me wanna cry
Cause I realize all my blessings, I’m grateful to have you by my side
Everytime I see your face
My heart smiles
Everytime it feels so, and it hurts sometimes
Created in this world to love, to hold, to feel, to breath, to live you
Oh senangnya, aku senang sekali
Kalau begini, aku pun jadi sibuk
Berusaha mengejar-ngejar dia
Matahari menyinari semua perasaan cinta
Tapi mengapa hanya aku yang dimarahi?
Di musim panas merupakan tempat bermain gembira
Sang gajah terkena flu, pilek tiada henti-hentinya
Oh sibuknya, aku sibuk sekali...
So you hold on out your hands and catch him best you can.
And in giving love you feel a better man.
And the gift is what you get by giving more than you receive.
And you’re learning fast that maybe this is how you’ll be happy.
‘Cause in taking everything, you lost the air you need to breathe.
But in giving it away, you found the precious thing you seek.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Phil:
It's funny how it starts, just how it all begins.
You get your sights on dreams, (and man) a thousand different things.
You are on for yourself, you're chasing cool desire
You get addicted fast, but (man) you're playing with fire.
Then there’s a day that comes to you.
When you get all you want, but there’s a space inside that’s still as empty as it was.
‘Till an angel comes your way and (man) she’s falling fast.
You know she’s so in need but she is too afraid to ask.
(Man), it’s funny how she smiles, how grateful she is now
And how that touches me deep in my heart somehow.
Yet the mirror laughs at me when I forget myself.
When I complain about, this hand that I got dealt.
And if I had know before, how much she would change my life.
I’d sure go back in time and tell that guy (hey, man).
You can do better than this, you can answer your prayers
You can grant your own wish.
I'm a survivor
I'm not gonna give up
I'm not gonna stop
I'm gonna work harder
I'm a survivor
I'm gonna make it
I will survive
Keep on surviving
I used to think
I had the answers to everything
But now I know
Life doesn't always
Go my way, yeah...
Feels like I'm caught in the middle
That's when I realize...
I'm not a girl
Not yet a woman
So if we get the big jobs
And we make the big money
When we look back now
Will our jokes still be funny?
Will we still remember everything we learned in school?
Still be trying to break every single rule
Will the brainy Nana be the doctor, man?
Will Sonny find a job that won't interfere with violin?
I keep, I keep thinking that it's not goodbye
Keep on thinking it's a time to fly
And this is how it feels
Will we think about tomorrow like we think about now?
Can we survive it out there?
Can we make it somehow?
I guess I thought that this would never end
And suddenly it's like we're women and men
Will the past be a shadow that will follow us 'round?
Will these memories fade when I leave this town?
As we go on
We remember
All the times we
Had together
And as our lives change
Come whatever
We will still be
Friends forever
And so we talked all night about the rest of our lives
Where we’re gonna be when we turn 25
I keep thinking times will never change
Keep on thinking things will always be the same
But when we leave this year we won’t be coming back
No more hanging out cause we’re on a different track
And if you got something that you need to say
You better say it right now cause you don’t have another day
Cause we’re moving on and we can’t slow down
These memories are playing like a film without sound
And I keep thinking of that night in June
I didn’t know much of love
But it came too soon
And there was me and you
And then we got real blue
Stay at home talking on the telephone
We’d get so excited, we’d get so scared
Laughing at ourselves thinking life’s not fair
And this is how it feels
There is no life - no life without its hunger
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly
But when you come and I am filled with wonder,
Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity.
Versi Bahasa Indonesia
Saatku terjatuh dan tak berdaya
Kesesakan menghimpit jiwaku
Namun kutetap menantikan Tuhan
Sampai Kaujamah dan pulihkanku
Kau angkatku di atas gunung batu
Kau angkatku melewati badai
Kujadi kuat s’bab Kau menopangku
Lebih dari yang dapat kuperbuat
*Tiada hidup tanpa rasa lapar
Tiap jantung (tanpa henti) berdetak tak sempurna
Namun Kau datang, penuhi jiwaku
Sampai (sekilas) kulihat keabadian
Don’t cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me?
Don’t cha wish your girlfriend was a freak like me?
Don’t cha, don’t cha?
Don’t cha wish your girlfriend was raw like me?
Don’t cha wish your girlfriend was fun like me?
Apakah hubungan jarak jauh membuat prestasi belajar anjlok? Sepertinya memang begitu kenyataannya. Untunglah, si kembar Deni dan Yosef, kakak kelas SMP Nana justru memilih mengambil beasiswa ke Singapura. Mungkinkah cinta lama bersemi kembali?
Bagaimanakah akhir petualangan pencarian cinta Nana si Schoolaholic?
Jawabannya, happy end!

3rd Book: Love Symphony (Across the Ocean)
This 3rd book can't be categorized as fully teen-lit, as the story continues to university time. The format of the story is different because I use a system derived from symphony orchestra show (finished written by end of 2006 when I was crazily spending dollar for going to super expensive classical music concerts or the free ones in my almamater, National University of Singapore).
They said long distance relationship cause a drop in academic achievement? It seems so for Nana. Fortunately, the twin Deni & Yosef, her senior in Junior High chose to take the scholarship to Singapore. Can it be rekindling old flames?
Meanwhile, Phil's offer, is not just a play. He asked Nana to go to the States, study there, and get married! Between love and passion (what you want to be), which want would you choose? Strangely, the game of destiny even makes those love competitors to be best friends. How come?
How would the end be in this adventure of Nana, the Schoolaholic in finding love?
The answer is happy ending! In summary, there is no need to get headache, if it is meant to be, you will find it, as God has determined everything haha =D The problem is just when we have to fight for it, it is hard. That is life!
Enak aja kalau disqueeze! *huehehehe*
Inilah judul serial Schoolaholic (working titles from me, most likely Penerbit tidak akan mengganti)
Officers ditanya jawabnya: Trolley is not under our control!).
